Printing contracts are worked out through and are subject to the Division of Purchase and Contract, Department of Administration, in accordance with law.  Publications of the Division of Archives and History shall be offered for sale to schools, colleges, libraries, and the public at a reasonable cost that shall be determined by the cost of production.
